Sunrise airlines from P-AU-P to Cap Haitian is catastrophic. The services is bad. We should have leave yesterday, August 25th at 10h15 am. We finally left a 2h30 pm. We did not receive our luggage. We had to wait until 6h30 pm. It is the worst customer services. Until today, August 26th, we are still saiting. We are a family of three. There a lot of travelers in the same situation including an old woman who has her medication on her bag. This is inacceptable
We flew yesterday from P-AU-P to Cap Haitian on August 25th. The flight was scheduled at 10h15 am. We left at 2h30 pm. Until now, we are waiting for our luggage. The communication is horrible. Customer service is even worse..Hope they can assist us.
