  1. To whom this may concern,

I am very unhappy with your practice. On Sept 16th, I had to pay $20 in order for your organization personnel to add my middle name to my flight ticket before you let me fly. The story they told me was, there may not be enough seat on the plane. Your people had threatened to not let me fly even though I had purchased the ticket through Expedia.com. My uncle who lives in VN, whom I purchased a ticket for him through Expedia.com with only his first and last name as mine, your VN personnel simply added his middle name without any consequences. Then my flight coming back to SGN on the 26th of Sept, I had to pay $40 USD for you to take my suitcases. Your personnel claimed that the 2 suitcases would have to be tied together. Pointed a finger for me to go across to the other side of the airport to get it tied together. A way for your personnel to make life much more difficult on a foreigner so I had to resort to paying the fee so I could have a smoother transition. This practice is very distasteful and shameful. It gives me a very bad experience before entering the country. When I came back to the U.S, I was able to compare notes with other travelers. We all had similar experiences.

    Ms. Le
